Penguins are taking over. - It angers me when people talk about self harm like they know the struggle when they havent been through it. Have you sat there at night, with a razor blade in your hand shaking? No. Have you felt the guilt afterwards? No. Have you ever felt so down that you had to cut to release the feelings and to feel numb for just one minute then feel the pain all over again? No. So dont judge and pretend you know. The physical pain is nothing compared to the emotional pain.
